## **Use of the Term “Jacuzzi” and Spa Tub Descriptions**

On Tubshotel, the term **“Jacuzzi”** may be used in a general descriptive sense
to refer to **any jetted, whirlpool, or spa-style bathtub**, and does **not** necessarily
indicate the presence of a tub manufactured by the **Jacuzzi® brand**.

Our accommodation descriptions are based on information provided by hotels, booking
platforms, and travel agencies, and are interpreted in good faith. However, we cannot
guarantee the specific brand, model, or configuration of spa tubs featured in any
suite or room.

Because availability and room configurations can vary, we **strongly encourage guests
to confirm** directly with the booking provider or hotel:

 * Whether the room includes a **jetted or whirlpool tub**, and
 * Whether the tub is a **Jacuzzi® brand product or another manufacturer**
 *

This confirmation should be made **before completing your reservation**, especially
if the presence or type of spa tub is a key reason for choosing the accommodation.
